Collision Estimator: Drive Exceptional Customer Experience

Gerber Collision & Glass in Mundelein, IL is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will document interactions, inform customers and insurers, and collaborate with the team to meet KPIs. The role requires at least 1 year of experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with DRP processes.
