Our client is seeking an experienced Facilities Technician 2, ready to bring their skills, experience, and energy to a great, growing team.

What you'll be doing...

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other installed systems through work order management and CMMS systems like 360 Facility.
• Conduct facility inspections and due diligence assessments, documenting conditions impacting client occupancy and operations, and escalate issues promptly.
• Execute general interior maintenance tasks including hanging pictures, repairing office furniture, replacing lighting and ballasts, and supporting furniture moves and equipment setup.
• Maintain and support HVAC system operations and perform routine repairs as needed.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations including safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials.

The right person has...

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of experience in general building repair and maintenance, including basic plumbing and electrical work.
• A valid state driver's license in good standing and the ability to pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening.
• Physical capability to lift up to 80 lbs, climb ladders up to 30 feet, and perform frequent physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling, and driving.
• Proficiency in using CMMS systems for work order management and documentation.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills paired with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
