Production Assembler

???? Starting Pay: $19.00/hour + Shift Differential

Adecco is hiring Production Assembler I team members for a leading manufacturing facility in Richmond, VA. If you enjoy hands-on work, attention to detail, and working in a team environment, this could be a great opportunity for you!

Schedule

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

• Flexible availability across shifts preferred

Pay

• Base Pay: $19.00/hour

• 1st Shift: No differential

• 2nd Shift: +$3.00/hour

???? What You’ll Do as an Assembler

In this role, you’ll play a key part in producing high-quality products that meet customer and company standards. Responsibilities include:

• Assembling products using engineering documents and specifications

• Ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time production

• Operating computers to track schedules and job status

• Performing Go/No-Go testing per procedures

• Monitoring part quality throughout the assembly process

• Assisting with training and supporting team members

• Handling materials as needed

• Reviewing and improving assembly methods for productivity and quality

• Communicating effectively with engineering teams

• Completing required paperwork, records, and documentation

• Participating in team meetings and continuous improvement efforts

• Following all safety rules and maintaining a clean work area

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and solve basic production issues

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
