Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce high-quality components.

Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accuracy.

Conduct regular machine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

Monitor production processes and adjust settings to maintain quality standards.

Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.

Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools to ensure compliance.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Document production data and report any discrepancies to management.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC milling operations.

Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents.

Strong knowledge of CNC programming and G-code.

Experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
