New Mexico Licensed Clinical Educator

Transforming complex EHRs into engaging learning experiences, the full-time New Mexico Licensed Clinical Educator will design and deliver innovative training programs for clinicians and teams, focusing on adoption and optimization of clinical information systems in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Design and implement effective curriculum and training materials for clinical informatics Conduct dynamic virtual classes and provide go-live support to ensure user confidence and capability Collaborate with clinical informatics partners and stakeholders to enhance learning experiences and drive continuous improvement Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Organizational Development, Informatics, Healthcare, or equivalent experience Epic certification in one or more modules to be obtained within 6 months of hire Active license as a Registered Nurse or equivalent clinical certification, if applicable Two years of experience in designing and delivering education and training materials Two years of experience supporting clinical information systems in a healthcare setting
