Managing Director, Corporate & Investment Banking Search

Madison-Davis is looking for a proven search leader to build and lead a dedicated front-office Corporate & Investment Banking practice.

\n

This is a senior-level opportunity for someone who knows the CIB market, has a track record of generating revenue, and wants to build a meaningful business with the backing of an established financial services search firm.

\n

This is not simply another production seat. The person joining us will have real ownership over the strategy, client development, execution, and long-term growth of the practice.

The Opportunity

You will build and lead a search practice focused on front-office talent across Corporate and Investment Banking.

\n

What You Will Be Doing

\n

\n
• Build and grow a front-office Corporate & Investment Banking search practice
\n
• Develop new client relationships across investment banks, commercial banks, and other sell-side financial institutions
\n
• Lead searches across investment banking, corporate banking, capital markets, credit, and related front-office functions
\n
• Partner with senior leadership to define the go-to-market strategy and long-term growth plan
\n
• Manage and expand existing relationships across the Madison-Davis client base
\n
• Establish yourself as a visible, credible leader within the CIB search market
\n
• Hire, mentor, and develop a team as the practice grows
\n
• Maintain personal production while building a scalable business around you
\n

What We Are Looking For

\n

\n
• A proven track record in Corporate & Investment Banking recruiting or front-office financial services search
\n
• Strong knowledge of the sell-side banking market
\n
• Established relationships across investment banks, commercial banks, or related financial institutions
\n
• Demonstrated success generating revenue and developing client relationships
\n
• Experience leading high-level searches across front-office banking functions
\n
• The ability to operate credibly with senior candidates and clients
\n
• An entrepreneurial mindset and genuine interest in building a business
\n
• Experience at the Director, Managing Director, Partner, or equivalent level
\n
