Spa Attendant

Job Title: Spa Attendant / Studio Assistant Position at Perspire Sauna Studio in NYC; working from two locations: Williamsburg studio at 191 North 8th Street, Brooklyn, NY and Flatiron studio at 50 West 23rd St., New York, NY. Responsibilities Work 4 or 5 shifts per week across weekday (2‑10pm) and weekend (8:30am‑2pm, 2pm‑8pm) schedules. Promptly clean each sauna room after guests exit, ensuring sanitation and readiness for the next appointment. Conduct towel and cleaning supply inventory upon delivery. Inspect and fold towels using prescribed techniques. Perform regular deep‑clean activities per prescribed protocols and schedules. Welcome and greet clients enthusiastically. Respond to guest inquiries and administer studio tours to new guests. Attend a mandatory monthly team meeting. Support the Studio Manager and Membership Sales Associate with miscellaneous tasks, including minor repairs. Qualifications Great attention to detail and cleanliness. Desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service. Team‑player attitude. Verifiable history of excellent attendance and prior sales experience. Evening and weekend availability for a minimum of 4 shifts per week. Prior experience in housekeeping or customer service (preferred). Compensation Starting pay of $17.50 per hour with successful training completion. Automatic raise to $18.00 per hour after 4 months of 100% on‑time attendance and compliance with company policies and trainings. Compensation range: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour.
