Summary Provides operational and guest support for the spa in New York. Maintains treatment rooms and back-of-house areas in a clean, tidy, and sanitary condition while ensuring linens and supplies are stocked. Assists therapists with treatment setup and takedown and attends to guest needs with professionalism and attention to detail. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions of all spa areas in accordance with standards. Ensure adequate stock of linens, supplies, and amenities; inform management when inventory is low. Assist therapists with setting up and taking down treatments and prepare treatment rooms. Attend to guest needs and demonstrate high levels of professionalism and guest courtesy. Communicate guest experience details and report equipment issues to management; assist in all areas of spa operations as requested. Requirements Previous spa or hospitality experience preferred. Highly responsible, reliable, and able to follow spa operating procedures. Strong attention to detail and focus on guest needs.
