We also offer a comprehensive benefits package , including: Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Annual PTO and holiday pay A 401(k) 529 savings plan A gift card for the employee of the month $500 retention bonus for full-time employees THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR DAY SHIFT SUPERVISOR THE SCHEDULE This is a full-time position working 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM , five days per week , with weekends required , starting each day at a central reporting location before heading to job sites. YOUR ROLE As our Day Shift Supervisor, you'll lead your team from the front. You'll supervise daily operations while actively working alongside your crew, ensuring quality service delivery and keeping everyone on track. As the go‑to leader, you'll coordinate tasks, address challenges in real‑time, and motivate your team to perform at their best, all while maintaining high standards and building a strong, cohesive work environment. OUR REQUIREMENTS 21+ years old Valid driver's license with a good driving record Supervisory experience (related fields preferred, such as landscaping, lawn service, roofing, warehouse, etc.) Ability to work weekends Experience leading teams in maintenance, landscaping, or janitorial fields, with strong leadership and accountability, is preferred.
