We're looking for an experienced Irrigation Manager to lead our irrigation division in San Antonio. This is a leadership role for someone who understands commercial irrigation, knows how to build and develop a strong team, and takes pride in delivering quality work and exceptional service to clients.

You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day irrigation operation, develop your team, strengthen client relationships, improve operational performance, and help grow the division.

This isn't simply a role overseeing irrigation crews. It's an opportunity to lead a team, influence the operation, and play an important role in the continued growth of Prestonwood Landscape Services.
What You'll Own

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the irrigation division, including crews, scheduling, equipment, and resources.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop irrigation team members to build a strong and accountable team.
• Oversee irrigation maintenance, repairs, enhancements, and service work to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Prestonwood standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial landscape clients and serve as a trusted point of contact for irrigation needs.
• Monitor job costs, budgets, billing, and overall division profitability.
• Review work quality and productivity while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.
• Ensure crews have the equipment, materials, and support needed to successfully complete their work.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Partner with leadership and other departments to support the overall success of Prestonwood's operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve the irrigation department and contribute to its continued growth.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of commercial irrigation or landscape industry experience
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience
• Current Texas Irrigator License or relevant irrigation certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of commercial irrigation systems, repairs, troubleshooting, controllers, drip systems, and 2-wire systems
• Experience managing crews, schedules, budgets, and client relationships
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead, coach, and hold team members accountable
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Valid Texas driver's license
