Responsibilities Sales Excellence/Clinical Expertise: Consistently demonstrate an in‑depth knowledge of and represent the Grifols immunoglobulin product portfolio with an advanced comprehension of disease state knowledge and treatment approaches. Provide branded product and clinical insights aligned with the product’s label to relevant customers, lead in‑depth discussions requiring advanced comprehension of product knowledge, disease state, and treatment approaches, keep abreast of competitive product dynamics, and engage a broad range of audiences across regional/local systems, centers of excellence, patient advocacy, specialty pharmacy customers, and individuals involved in the customer journey. Communicate clinical messages specific to each influencer in the decision process, demonstrate account‑based selling skills, build relationships in institutions aligned with customer segmentation, partner with Marketing, Ig Nurse Educators, MSL, Value Access, and educate and promote IG product portfolio to primary care physicians, allergists, neurologists, pharmacists, and nurses. Map key opinion leaders and maintain appropriate relationships with Grifols Medical Liaison. Business Acumen: Understand market fluctuations, plasma economics, and distribution of biologics. Know key local customers, market dynamics, and local/national demand trends; build strong relationships with distributors aligned with Managed Markets. Grasp Physician Management companies and leverage a deep knowledge of customer needs, targeting segmentation, and behaviors to apply to territory planning and adapt strategies. Create a plan of action for key accounts through data analysis, use insights for qualitative conversations, forecast with national strategy, align tactics to customer needs, and navigate account contract information within Salesforce. Stakeholder Engagement: Establish credibility and trust with key targeted customers, become a valued strategic partner and trusted advisor, and consistently demonstrate follow‑through for customer satisfaction. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, align with national brand strategy, collaborate across therapeutic boundaries, manage resources to fulfill customer needs, gather and provide insights to Marketing teams, and share customer revisions or contract change requests with teammates and sales leadership. Legal, Ethics & Compliance: Ensure appropriate training and alignment to guidance. Qualifications BS/BA degree; Healthcare/Life Science and/or business/marketing degree a plus. 4 years pharmaceutical or biological sales experience. Self‑starter capable of organizing time among many unexpected circumstances. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Word, Excel, and Power Point for market analysis presentations. Effective use of a laptop for planning, call activity, and territory needs. Compensation & Benefits The estimated pay scale for the Specialty Sales Rep – Immunology role in Morristown, New Jersey is $120,000 to $145,000 per year. The position is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan up to $46,000 per year, uncapped.
