GSOC Analyst

DescriptionKforce has a client in Dublin, CA that is seeking a GSOC Analyst. This role will work 5 days a week onsite. Available Shifts: 2:30pm-11:00pm, 10:00am-6:30am.Duties/Day to Day Overview:* Review and respond to CCTV alarms* Navigate CCTV footage, including playback, fast-forwarding, and reviewing camera angles* Perform basic data entry in a spreadsheet* Learn and use one primary operational tool* Support auditing activities involving security guards* Assist with guard management-related tasks* Potentially provide temporary coverage at the corporate security desk* Follow defined procedures and instructions* Escalate or communicate findings clearly to the appropriate team membersRequirements* Retail store experience* Retail asset protection or loss prevention experience* Able to work on-site in Dublin five days per week* Clear verbal communication* Ability to listen to a multi-part question or instruction and address each component* Dependability and willingness to remain through the agreed assignment* Ability to follow established processes and instructions* Basic computer proficiency* Ability to learn a straightforward CCTV application* Basic spreadsheet and data-entry capability* Comfortable reviewing alarms and video footage for extended periodsNice to have:* Comfortable working evenings in an on-site environment* Able to stay focused while reviewing video and alarms* Communicates clearly and directly* Retains instructions and responds accurately to multi-part questions* Learns simple software tools without extensive support* Reliable and realistic about the temporary nature of the assignment* Motivated by gaining experience rather than being promised a permanent roleJob TypeContractCompensation25 - $29
