This role requires a licensed Professional Engineer with strong technical expertise and project management experience overseeing utility infrastructure projects from planning through construction. Responsibilities Manage water and wastewater treatment plant projects from planning and design through construction while maintaining project schedules, budgets, and client expectations. Develop project scopes, work plans, engineering calculations, technical reports, specifications, and construction administration deliverables. Build and maintain relationships with municipal clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders while supporting business development efforts. Assist with proposal development, project financing coordination, and overall practice growth initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field and an active North Carolina Professional Engineer (PE) license. Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience in a consulting environment, including at least 5 years of project management experience. Strong knowledge of municipal water and wastewater treatment systems, engineering design, construction administration, and regulatory requirements. Experience managing project budgets, schedules, client relationships, and multidisciplinary engineering teams. Experience with hydraulic modeling and AutoCAD preferred, along with excellent communication and leadership skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
