Job Summary As Senior Staff Accountant you will support accounting and operational functions for our Vending and Market business. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional looking to grow in an operations-focused accounting environment. Support accounts receivable and cash management activities Prepare weekly/monthly reports and assist with month-end close Complete journal entries, account reconciliations, and commission processing Manage P-card activity, petty cash, and fixed asset tracking Research and resolve accounting discrepancies Assist with audits, compliance activities, and special projects Partner with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate reporting Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) 1-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience Experience with reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup functions Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Canteen is a member of Compass Group USA Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
