Test Data Management Specialist

This role demonstrates a competent understanding of Test Data Management related to data security, data masking, synthetic data creation and test data strategy planning. Strong ability to multi-task in an environment of changing priorities. Ability to coordinate with Product Line leaders for Decommissioned / Retired/ inactive apps. Coordinate and validate with the Product Lines leaders if those apps have PHI Prod content in the non-prod. Make sure the PHI content is removed from the non-Prod environments. Build a roadmap for reach out, follow up and report the app inventory which is cleaned up.

Top Must Haves for this role:

• Understanding of Test Data Management related to data security, data masking, synthetic data creation and test data strategy planning
• Ability to work with different stakeholders (Product line leader, Enterprise Architects) to put together environment strategy to de-identify different data sources. Collaborate with SMEs /architects and understand the downstream dependencies of these data sources.
• Should be technical enough to understand the data and system dependencies to make decisions for their workstream

Required Skills:

• Competent understanding of Test Data Management related to data security, data masking, synthetic data creation and test data strategy planning
• Healthcare domain knowledge required with Claims processing, membership

Preferred Skills:

• Experience on DB migration/consolidation projects
• Possess analytic and technical skills to innovate, build, and maintain well-managed data solutions and capabilities to tackle business problems
