Test Data Management Workstream Lead

Job Summary/Responsibilities

• This role demonstrates a competent understanding of Test Data Management related to data security, data masking, synthetic data creation, and test data strategy planning.
• Strong ability to multi-task in an environment of changing priorities.
• Ability to coordinate with Product Line leaders for Decommissioned / Retired/ inactive apps.
• Coordinate and validate with the Product Lines leaders if those apps have PHI Prod content in the non-prod.
• Make sure the PHI content is removed from the non-Prod environments.
• Build a roadmap for reach out, follow up, and report the app inventory which is cleaned up.

What are the top 3 Must Haves for this role? Understanding of Test Data Management related to data security, data masking, synthetic data creation, and test data strategy planning. Ability to work with different stakeholders (Product line leader, Enterprise Architects) to put together environment strategy to de-identify different data sources. Collaborate with SMEs/architects and understand the downstream dependencies of these data sources. Should be technical enough to understand the data and system dependencies to make decisions for their workstream. Required Skills

• Competent understanding of Test Data Management related to data security, data masking, synthetic data creation, and test data strategy planning.
• Healthcare domain knowledge required with Claims processing, membership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience on DB migration/consolidation projects.
• Possess analytic and technical skills to innovate, build, and maintain well-managed data solutions and capabilities to tackle business problems.
