Siebel Dev Lead

Position's General Duties and Tasks :1. Lead a team for 4-5 Developers working in a distributed Agile environment 2. Lead the team in code reviews and in establishing coding best practices 3. Establish common components to be used by multiple developers, promote reusability and general organization of code that lends to modularization4. Lead the team in establishing Developer guide and ensure it is up to date with guidelines 5. Assist in backlog refinement and participate in initial estimates or sizing of the stories6. Work closely with the Product Owner and Scrum Master as well as Release engineer and actively participate in PI planning7. Also work closely with Solution Architects and Business Architects to ensure solutions being built confirm to client’s standards and vision8. Apply CICD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) 9. Work closely with QA Lead to troubleshoot quality issues, lead defect triage sessions and provide updates on defect fix timelines10. Other duties as assigned.• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years relevant work experience• 10+ years’ experience in application development• 5 years' experience with Siebel Financial Services (Version 8+)• 5 years' experience on Siebel Open UI configurationRequirements for this role include :• Knowledge of Integration within the Siebel application and with external parties.• Should have developed integration processes through• Web services, SOAP, XML, data mapping, API’s• VBC/EBC, Workflow and Business Services, script, Javascript.• Database configuration (Schema changes, database views, stored procedures).• Writing and reviewing the functional and technical design documents.• Experience with Siebel Test automation and (load) testing.• Experience with Middleware with Microsoft Biztalk.• Experience with upgrading Siebel applicationsPosting Date:Department: -
