We are partnering with a respected organization seeking a Trust Administrative Assistant / Trust Associate to provide high-level administrative and account support to Trust Officers. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with financial information, and skilled at managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently while collaborating closely with Trust Officers and other departments to ensure trust accounts are accurately maintained and administered.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to assigned Trust Officers
• Open and close assigned trust accounts within the trust accounting system
• Serve as a liaison between Trust Officers and various operational departments
• Maintain a detailed tickler and follow-up system for assigned trust accounts
• Process payments and account distributions
• Coordinate real estate tax payments and estimated tax payments
• Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, portfolio managers, attorneys, CPAs, and other trust professionals regarding assigned accounts
• Monitor account activity for compliance with established policies, procedures, rules, and regulations
• Maintain accurate account files, documentation, and records
• Provide backup coverage for front desk administrative responsibilities as needed
• Assist with additional administrative and trust-related duties as assigned

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
