Precision CNC Machinist — Mazak Platform
Melrose Park, IL | Heavy Industrial Manufacturing
Role Snapshot- Operate and set up Mazak CNC machines to produce components for power generation and industrial equipment.
- Interpret blueprints; perform precise inspections to verify conformance.
- Make tooling and offset adjustments; troubleshoot quality and performance issues.
- Work within a steady production environment with consistent overtime options.
- Hourly: $28.00–$34.00
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM start
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM start
- Regular overtime opportunities
- Proven CNC machining and setup background
- Mazak experience strongly preferred ; Fanuc experience is a plus
- Solid blueprint reading and inspection skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Competitive pay up to $34/hr
