EQUAL EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST

US Department of War

Duties

You will develop and administer climate assessments/surveys as required.

You will analyze data, create reports and brief managers/supervisors on results of analyses with recommendations to correct as appropriate.

You will provide EEO counseling to employees, former employees, and applicants for employment who believe they have been discriminated against in violation of anti-discrimination statutes.

You will review formal complaints and appropriately act upon any deviation and/or need for clarification to ensure timely, proper processing of the formal complaint in accordance with 29 CFR 1614.

You will serve as the primary point-of-contact for providing counseling services to aggrieved persons who may raise questions, seek guidance and direction and technical information.
