We are hiring for the following positions:

• Mover/Driver Team Lead (Non-CDL) (must be 19+ years old).

• Mover / Helper / General Labor

As a Collegian Mover /Driver Team Lead , you are the first point of contact for clients on the job. Your job is to be the kind, trustworthy face of Collegian Movers. Your friendliness, work ethic, and overall camaraderie can impact a customer's life daily.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing a crew of team members.
• Proactively communicating with the customer and team members.
• Providing move-day satisfaction.
• Assisting families moving into and out of their homes.
• Moving personal belongings and furniture to their new location.

Pay & Earnings:
Drivers start at $20 - $23 per hour depending on experience, PLUS TIPS ($20 to $150/day) and bonuses! Paid weekly.

As a Collegian Mover / Helper / General Laborer , you are an important part of the team that provides customers with a smooth, professional moving experience. We are looking for someone who is polite, reliable, honest, hardworking, and enjoys solving problems as part of a team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting with residential and commercial moves.
• Safely moving furniture, boxes, and personal belongings.
• Using proper moving equipment and techniques.
• Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently.
• Protecting customers' homes, furniture, and belongings during the move.
• Working closely with the crew to plan, execute, and complete each job.
• Providing friendly, professional service to every customer.

Pay & Earnings:

We offer competitive pay, starting at $17–$20 per hour PLUS TIPS! Our top performers average $200–$600 per week in tips . We also offer flexible hours, full- and part-time positions, and seasonal work.

• Flexible hours with full- and part-time positions available.
• Overtime is paid at 1.5x for hours worked over 40 per week, in accordance with applicable Connecticut requirements.
• Must be able to safely lift items and move furniture weighing at least 75 lbs.
• Must be able to climb stairs and perform physical work throughout the day.
• Must pass a drug test.
• Must be willing to participate in pre-employment background screening.

Additional requirements for Drivers:

• Valid driver's license and a good driving record required.
• Drivers must be 21 or older to be covered by our commercial insurance policy.
• Must be willing to obtain required DOT certification .
