Office Assistant | $15 | Tuesday-Friday 8a-5p What Matters Most Competitive Pay of $15 per hour Schedule: Tuesday – Friday 8am-5pm Location: Amherst, OH Temporary-to-hire opportunity with career growth and stability Weekly Pay with direct deposit or pay card When you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision and medical insurance as well as 401K, direct deposit and our referral bonus program Job Description The office assistant is responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of an office, including answering phone calls, managing files, greeting visitors, maintaining office supplies, handling mail, and performing basic data entry, ensuring efficient communication and organization within the workplace. Responsibilities: Receptionist Duties: Answering phone calls, directing calls to the appropriate person, taking messages Visitor management: Greeting visitors, directing them to the correct person Data entry: Entering information into spreadsheets and databases Office supplies: Keeping track of office supplies, ordering new items when necessary Inventory: Doing inventory counts of items in walk-in cooler & warehouse Qualifications and Requirements: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail Professional demeanor and customer service skills Excellent attendance Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while handling multiple tasks Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings. In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $15 an hour, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
