Consultant, Strategic Relationships

This contract role offers an exciting opportunity to build strategic relationships and drive business growth within the real estate industry. You will serve as a trusted advisor to real estate team leaders, helping them improve performance, increase profitability, and scale their operations. Through strategic account management, business consulting, and partnership development, you will identify opportunities that generate measurable results. You will also collaborate with technology providers and lead generation partners to strengthen engagement and optimize business outcomes. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help implement scalable strategies, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the value of business resources. This position is ideal for a relationship-driven professional with deep real estate expertise, strong commercial instincts, and a passion for helping businesses grow.

In this role, you will develop strategic relationships, advise real estate leaders, and drive growth initiatives while coordinating with internal teams and external business partners.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic real estate teams and their leaders, serving as a trusted advisor on business growth, profitability, and operational scalability.

• Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, identify challenges, and recommend actionable strategies that support production growth and long-term success.

• Coach team leaders on sales leadership, lead conversion, agent productivity, and operational best practices.

• Identify opportunities to increase adoption of growth-oriented products, services, programs, and resources.

• Leverage internal initiatives and external partnerships to generate new business opportunities, increase revenue, and improve team performance.

• Manage relationships with third-party business partners, including lead generation and technology providers, ensuring effective communication and alignment on shared objectives.

• Collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders to improve lead conversion, streamline operations, and develop mutually beneficial growth initiatives.

• Gather market insights and feedback from team leaders and partners to inform product development, business priorities, and strategic decisions.

• Work with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver coordinated support to strategic accounts.

• Establish scalable relationship management processes, reporting practices, and performance measurement frameworks.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines extensive real estate industry knowledge with proven experience in strategic relationships, business consulting, and commercial growth. You should be comfortable advising business owners, interpreting performance data, and developing strategies that deliver measurable results.

• At least 5 years of experience in real estate, strategic account management, business partnerships, sales leadership, or business consulting.

• Deep understanding of real estate team business models, operational processes, and growth strategies.

• Strong knowledge of online lead generation, lead conversion, and customer relationship management (CRM) best practices.

• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with business owners, senior leaders, and strategic partners.

• Experience managing B2B relationships in real estate, PropTech, or SaaS environments.

• Experience coaching, consulting, or leading high-performing real estate sales organizations is preferred.

• Strong analytical and business acumen, with the ability to translate performance metrics into actionable recommendations.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills.

• Ability to identify commercial opportunities, develop strategic initiatives, and drive measurable business outcomes.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and collaborating across multiple business functions.
