Job Type : Full-time, Temp-to-Hire
Work Location : In person (Durham, Morrisville, or Cary, NC)**
Shift and Pay:
* 1st Shift: $15/hour
* 2nd Shift: $16.13/hour (shift differential)

Job seekers who earn permanent placement (get hired on) with our contractor, have received an hourly rate ranging from $18.00 to $21.50.

What You’ll Do
As a Production Associate, you’ll play a key role in keeping production efficient, safe, and on schedule:

• Operate and monitor slitter machinery to ensure smooth production flow
• Track and record production data with accuracy
• Identify and resolve minor equipment issues before they escalate
• Safely handle materials from raw rolls to finished goods
• Label, document, and manage recyclables and waste materials
• Ensure every order meets strict quality and quantity standards

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED (required)
1+ year of manufacturing experience (printing industry experience preferred)
Additional education or coursework is a plus
