Help Desk Support Analyst Level 3 Location: Lombard, IL BridgePoint Technologies is looking for an experienced Help Desk Support Analyst Level 3. The role is centered on providing high‑quality technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues across a range of technologies, and escalating complex problems to senior resources as needed. Key Responsibilities Work with customers to understand and resolve technical issues involving networks, desktops, laptops, applications, phones, tablets, and email. Diagnose and troubleshoot problems on Windows operating systems, network services, Windows domain environments, and VMware. Provide proactive and reactive support, ensuring timely solutions and high customer satisfaction. Serve as the escalation point for Level 1 and Level 2 support teams. Maintain a strong focus on customer service and clear communication throughout the support process. Qualifications & Skills Experience in a heavily customer‑service‑driven field such as retail or food services, or equivalent customer‑service experience. Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems and strong networking fundamentals. Proficiency with Windows domain environments and VMware. Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to educate customers on technology solutions. Team player with a transparent and collaborative work style.
