Customer Service & Order Entry Specialist

Overview
A growing, team-oriented company in the industrial space is seeking a Customer Service & Order Entry Specialist that also will help with Accounts Receivables. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction, administrative work, and financial support in a collaborative environment.

This is an on-site, permanent position in Piedmont, SC. Responsibilities:

Enter and manage customer orders in an ERP system
Review orders for accuracy (pricing, products, shipping details)
Communicate with customers on order status, updates, and issues
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, shipping)
Resolve order discrepancies, returns, and credits
Track open orders to ensure timely fulfillment
Process invoices, post payments, and monitor outstanding balances
Follow up on past-due accounts and assist with basic reporting

Qualifications:

1-3 years of customer service, admin, or AR experience (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Solid communication and customer-facing skills
Proficiency in Excel and general computer systems
ERP/accounting system experience a plus
Associate's degree preferred, not required

Compensation & Benefits:

$55,000-$60,000 salary
Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility on start/end times
Health insurance, 401(k), and profit sharing
PTO + paid holidays
