Responsibilities Preferred Qualifications For consideration for this title, you must meet one of the following minimum qualifications: NYS Department of Civil Service Eligible list or eligible for transfer Or Promotional: You must be a qualified employee of the State University of New York and have had one year of permanent competitive or 55-b/55-c service as a Hospital Patient Services Clerk 1 or as a Nursing Station Clerk 1 Work Days Schedule based on a 40-hour work week.
