Job Description

Santa Rosa Medical Center is seeking an experienced Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established cardiology practice in beautiful Milton, Florida. This position offers a mix of both inpatient and outpatient cardiology care, allowing providers to care for patients from hospital consults and post-procedure follow-up through routine outpatient management.\n

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Perform inpatient cardiology consults and hospital rounds
\n
• Conduct outpatient evaluation and management (E&M) clinic visits
\n
• Provide post-cardiac catheterization follow-up care
\n
• Manage routine cardiology follow-up appointments
\n
• Coordinate patient care and treatment plans with cardiology team
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Minimum of 1-2 years of Cardiology experience as an APP required
\n
• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
\n
• Eligible for or currently licensed in the State of Florida
\n
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
\n
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with cardiology team
\n
