Director of Nursing (DON) - Skilled Nursing Location: Granada Hills, CA Full Spectrum Search Group is a full-service healthcare recruiting agency specializing in post-acute leadership and healthcare administration. We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing for a premier skilled nursing operator in the San Fernando Valley market. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing 99-bed skilled nursing facility operated by one of the most respected organizations in the industry. The facility is fully staffed, operates without agency usage, and is supported by strong operational and clinical leadership. The organization is seeking a nursing leader who can maintain clinical excellence, develop staff, and continue building upon an already successful operation.
