In this role, you'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, providing critical administrative and customer support to our Escrow team. This position plays a key role in helping make the dream of homeownership a reality. This is an in-office role 5 x week Bend, Oregon.What You'll Do:Assist in the escrow process, such as opening orders, inputting closing statement information, preparing documents for closing, handling the complete disbursement and follow-upCommunicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flowInterpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closingsWorking with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions, assisting customers to ensure a phenomenal customer experienceWhat You'll Bring:Passion for helping customers while maintaining a professional and positive attitudeExcellent verbal and written communication with both our internal teams and external customersProblem solver with strong organizational skills, is detail oriented, a natural curiosity with an eagerness to learnThrives in contributing to a team working together to deliver beyond customer expectationsKnowledge of MS Office suite and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologiesHigh school diploma or equivalent2+ years of escrow-related experience preferredPay Range: $18.46 - $24.63 HourlyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
