Inventory Control Clerk

Inventory Control DriverThe Inventory Control Driver will be responsible for safely driving onsite transporting materials, supplies and chemicals to and from various buildings within the location assigned. The individual will maintain records of materials in inventory and keep tracking logs in compliance.Roles & ResponsibilitiesSafely drive designated truck/van to transport materials, supplies and chemicals from various assigned areas within the location to designated buildingsComply with safety and environmental rules, policies, and proceduresPractice stopping at risk behavior of others and selfScan bar codes on packages for delivery and pick upReceive, unpack, and deliver goodsMonitor and maintain current inventory levels and perform physical count of inventoryRe-stock items as necessary and labels shelvesRecord and process purchasing orders as requiredProcess and/or approve invoices for paymentMaintain sample signature log from assigned areas for pick up and deliveries, tracks orders and investigates problemsProcess and document returns as required following established proceduresPerform routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting customersMay be required to move or transport radioactive container(s) to assigned areasCommunicate effectively and professionally with coworkers, leads, supervisors, managers and customers (this may require the use of radios, Walkie-talkie, etc.)Take direction and responds to supervisionUse proper personal protective equipmentQualificationTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
