Director, Retail HR & Field Leadership (Travel)

RaceTrac seeks a Director, Retail HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to Directors of Operations and regional leaders in a large, high-volume convenience network. You will lead people strategy, workforce effectiveness, and organizational health to support revenue growth, guest experience, and operational excellence. This role requires extensive travel across the region, partnership with Enterprise HR, and the ability to drive data-driven HR initiatives across hundreds of stores, #J-18808-Ljbffr RaceTrac
