General Laborer/Welder Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $18.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )
- Perform MIG/TIG welding on metal components following blueprints and production specifications
- Inspect welds to ensure quality standards and make adjustments as needed
- Set up and operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Grind, clean, and finish welded parts to meet final product requirements
- Work with team members to complete projects on time and maintain workflow
General Laborer/Welder Qualifications:
- Previous welding experience (MIG/TIG) preferred; entry-level candidates with training considered
- Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Ability to stand, lift, and work in a physical manufacturing environment
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
