Division Manager (New England)

As a Division Manager , you'll own the performance of your territory, driving sales growth, market share gains, and execution excellence. You'll lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales professionals while turning strategy into results and building strong partnerships across the market.

What You'll Do

• Drive volume growth, market share, and achievement of sales targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Build a winning sales culture focused on customer engagement and execution excellence.
• Translate business strategy into clear priorities and action plans.
• Strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
• Leverage data and market insights to identify opportunities and drive decisions.
• Lead change initiatives and ensure successful adoption across the team.
• Champion compliance, accountability, and operational excellence.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of successful sales experience, including large and complex sales environments.
• Minimum 2 years of people leadership experience.
• Proven track record of delivering sales growth and business results.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong business acumen and analytical mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales reporting systems.
