Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Contract Opportunity

Location: Elkins, West Virginia
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 24 Hours per Week

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract assignment in Elkins, WV. The selected candidate will provide quality patient care, support daily nursing operations, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians.
Monitor patient conditions and document observations accurately.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
Support patients with daily living activities and healthcare needs.
Educate patients and families regarding care plans and treatment protocols.
Adhere to facility policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures.

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
Current BLS certification preferred.
Previous experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or clinical settings preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
