I opened my agency in 2018 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me the experience and passion to build my own agency. I'm a graduate of Valdosta State University, a lifelong resident of the Middle Georgia area, married with two children, and enjoy golfing, the outdoors, and baseball. Being involved in our community is important to me. Our agency actively participates in two to three local events each month, and we enjoy building relationships while supporting the downtown community we proudly serve. ROLE DESCRIPTION

As an Account Associate for Ryan Mosley - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
