Immigration Attorney

We welcome candidates coming from traditional law firm environments as well as those looking to transition out of government agencies (such as USCIS, Department of Labor, etc.). Key Responsibilities Manage and execute caseloads involving nonimmigrant visas (H-1B, L-1, etc.) and immigrant visas (EB-1, EB-2, etc.). Oversee and draft PERM labor certifications. Provide expert guidance regarding employer compliance, Form I-9 obligations, and general employer regulations. Utilize specialized immigration case management software (LawLogix) to ensure accurate tracking and filing. Qualifications J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing. 2 to 5 years of dedicated immigration law experience preferred (highly motivated attorneys with 1 year of experience are welcome to apply). Hands‑on experience with PERMs and nonimmigrant/immigrant visa processes. Exceptional communication skills, legal writing capabilities, and a collaborative team mindset. Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 – $150,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. (Open to 1 year attorney up to $120k).
