Top firm seeking multiple Attorneys to handle high-volume caseload of H‑1B and RFE matters. Remote role focused on H‑1B and RFE matters. About Our Client Global law firm. Job Description Responsible for handling a high volume caseload of H‑1B's, handling H‑1B Request for Evidence (RFE) responses as well as other visa categories, supporting a team remotely, preparing and drafting cases, and communicating with team members on a daily basis. Qualifications JD or LLM Admission to a US State Bar Experience with broad based business immigration matters, including high volume H‑1B's Excellent writing skills Ability to multitask and stay connected to a team environment Excellent case management skills Benefits Competitive hourly rate Remote work Immediate start #J-18808-Ljbffr Neier Inc.
