Key responsibilities Manage individual immigration cases from start to finish, ensuring high-quality legal standards Utilize automated workflows and smart draft tracking to enhance efficiency and case management Communicate directly with clients, providing updates and maintaining strong client relationships Required qualifications Minimum 4 years' experience as a practicing attorney J.D. and active U.S. bar admission Experience with employment-based or extraordinary ability petitions Self-motivation and a strong ownership mindset Commitment to high-quality standards and client communication
