A leading gaming and entertainment property in the Vancouver, Washington area is recruiting an experienced Surveillance Supervisor to join its operations leadership team. This position plays a critical role in safeguarding company assets, upholding regulatory standards, and maintaining the integrity of gaming operations at a high-volume destination.

Position Overview

The Surveillance Supervisor directs daily surveillance coverage across the gaming floor, cashiering and cage operations, slot areas, count room, and selected back-of-house spaces. The role includes live monitoring of table games and related activity, timely documentation of irregularities or policy violations, and shift-level leadership in support of the Surveillance Manager. Consistent application of internal controls, company procedures, and applicable gaming regulations is required.

Primary Responsibilities

• Observe gaming floors, cashiering, cage, slots, count room, and back-of-house areas using CCTV and associated systems.
• Detect, record, and report unusual, suspicious, or non-compliant conduct promptly and accurately.
• Assist with supervision, coaching, and professional development of Surveillance Team Members.
• Contribute to training programs, quality standards, and continuous team improvement.
• Protect the confidentiality of investigations, video evidence, and sensitive operational information.
• Provide shift leadership in the absence of the Surveillance Manager.
• Uphold a professional, guest-oriented environment while protecting assets and operational integrity.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of casino surveillance experience in a high-volume gaming environment that includes table games.
• Working knowledge of gaming regulations, internal controls, and surveillance protocols.
• Strong observational skills, clear written and verbal communication, and proficiency in incident reporting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Solid computer skills and close attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort in a smoking environment where applicable.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming licenses.
