Casino Surveillance Supervisor | Gaming Compliance | Table Games
A premier gaming and entertainment destination in the Vancouver, WA area is seeking an experienced Surveillance Supervisor to join its leadership team. This role is central to protecting company assets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and preserving the integrity of gaming operations at a high-volume property.

Position Summary
The Surveillance Supervisor oversees surveillance operations across gaming, cashiering, cage, slots, count room, and back-of-house areas. The position monitors live gaming activity, documents unusual or non-compliant conduct, and provides shift leadership in support of the Surveillance Manager. The role requires consistent application of internal controls, company policies, and applicable gaming regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor gaming floors, cashiering, cage, slot operations, count rooms, and back-of-house activity via CCTV and related systems.
- Identify, document, and report unusual, suspicious, or non-compliant activity in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist in supervising, coaching, and developing Surveillance Team Members.
- Support training, quality standards, and ongoing team development.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of investigations, video evidence, and sensitive operational information.
- Assume shift leadership responsibilities during manager absences.
- Promote a professional, guest-focused culture while protecting assets and operational integrity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum two years of casino surveillance experience in a high-volume gaming environment with table games.
- Strong working knowledge of gaming regulations, internal controls, and surveillance procedures.
- Excellent observation, communication, and incident-report writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong computer proficiency and attention to detail.
- Availability for flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfort working in a smoking environment where applicable.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming licenses.
