Judge Direct Placement is working with a growing food manufacturing company specializing in edible oil production is seeking a highly organized and dependable Production Supervisor to join its operations team. This position is ideal for an experienced manufacturing professional with a strong background in food and beverage production who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading teams to success. Key Responsibilities Lead daily production activities in a food manufacturing environment. Supervise and mentor production employees to ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. Coordinate workflow, staffing, and production schedules. Monitor production performance and implement process improvements. Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, sanitation, and company standards. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet production goals. Maintain accurate production records and reporting. Qualifications Experience in food and beverage manufacturing required. Previous leadership, supervisory, or production lead experience preferred. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated job stability and consistent work history. Ability to lead teams and drive results in a manufacturing environment.Degree preferred but not required. Strong Production Leads with demonstrated leadership potential will be considered.
