Accounts Receivable Accountant

Supporting day-to-day corporate accounting activities, the full-time Accounts Receivable Accountant will manage cash application, bank reconciliations, and intercompany accounting while working remotely. Key responsibilities Perform daily cash application in Deltek Costpoint and research unidentified or unapplied cash Prepare weekly bank reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations, investigating reconciling items Assist with monthly and quarterly close activities, preparing journal entries and maintaining supporting documentation Required qualifications Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 0-2 years of professional accounting, accounts receivable, or cash application experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Ability to reconcile accounts and maintain clear supporting documentation Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
