We are looking to add an Accountant to our firm with a minimum of 5 years of experience. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate looking to expand their skill set and gain experience with a U.S. law firm with a sophisticated international practice. THIS IS A HYBRID POSITION AND THE CANDIDATE WILL BE REQUIRED TO COME TO OUR OFFICE. Our firm’s practice areas include Real Estate Transactions; and Corporate and Transactional Law. Qualifications & Experience Bilingual (Spanish/English). Superior organizational, research, and writing skills. Able to manage a heavy workload. Works well under pressure. Capabilities required: Accounts Receivable follow-up. Accounts Payable via wire transfer, credit card, bank to bank transfer and check. Billing of professional time involving reviewing and editing time entries and descriptions and generating draft invoices for review. Entry and allocation of receipts in payment of invoices.
