Responsibilities Title: Occupational Therapy Assistant Location: In facility Reporting Structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab Implement occupational therapy programs and activities. Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments. Address the whole patient and view them as an individual. Execute a program that will restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities and independence. Adapt to patient needs and enjoy the variety of work and settings. Collaborate with peers and make referrals to help patients thrive. Put patients first; ensure highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards. Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.
