The posted compensation range of $27.36 - $40.70 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Location: Elkhorn Dermatology Clinic

Schedule: PRN - As Needed - Clinic Schedule: Monday-Friday, No weekends required

Essential Key Responsibilities:

• Specimen handling and processing including gross, embed, cut, stain and coverslip specimens for microscopic evaluation by the surgeon following established policies and procedures.
• Prepare and evaluate stains, reagents and solutions necessary for slide prep following established policies and procedures.
• Perform quality control and preventative maintenance procedures to assure instruments, stains and procedures are within acceptable standards by taking corrective action if necessary and notifying lab director/licensed health care practitioner.
• Assist with quality assurance and proficiency testing following established policies and procedures.
• Assists with regulatory compliance by maintaining accurate records.
• Complete yearly competency testing.
• Adhere to OSHA, CLIA and HIPPA regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Completion of Mohs Training Program Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required
