Registered Nurse, (RN) Rehabilitation

Overview Lifepoint Rehabilitation is part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare delivery network, jointly operated with Atlantic Health System. We welcome Registered Nurses (RN) who are committed to patient-centered rehabilitation care and wish to contribute to communities’ health and independence. Responsibilities Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs. Initiate appropriate nursing interventions for each patient. Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient. Perform timely and appropriate documentation related to medical necessity in the medical record. Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient. Conduct timely and accurate quality improvement assessments. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, BSN, or Diploma). Current RN licensure in the State of New Jersey. BLS certification required; ACLS preferred; CRRN preferred but not required. Minimum six (6) months of acute care or med/surg experience preferred. Strong communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and a rehabilitation-focused mindset. Benefits Supportive and collaborative interdisciplinary team environment.
