Key Responsibilities: Manage front-end and cash procedures, including cash, key, and safe controls Oversee guest flow to ensure operational success and a positive shopping experience Lead the guest service team to maintain cleanliness and sanitation Manage order guides, deadlines, and shrink reduction Train and motivate team members to deliver excellent guest service safely and securely Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
