To excel in this position, you must be able to multitask, communicate well with others, and be very organized in tasks. The ideal candidate must be very goal-oriented and willing to work at a fast pace while maintaining the quality and accuracy outlined in the job expectations.Compensation:$65,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on experience.Essential Job Duties:Solicit and sell to new and existing customers.Present solutions and services that are available to customers.Be familiar with Elitek Vehicle Services' product literature and ability to convey product information and availability to customers.Make sales presentations on new and existing accounts.Assist in training and motivating other sales team members.Ensure the integrity of the Company's quality management systems.Complies with established company policies and procedures.Assumes other duties as assigned.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesNot responsible for supervising employees.Education & Experience:High School Graduate or G.E.D. equivalent requiredA minimum of two years' sales and/or distribution experience preferredMust possess a valid driver's license, as well as the ability to operate a Company vehicle.Available for 50% travelMust be able to communicate effectively with othersMust have the flexibility to work variable schedules when needed.Must possess attention to detail while working in a timely fashionMust possess organizational skills, as well as the ability to multi-taskAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to work under various conditions with frequent interruptionsMust be able to move and/or lift at least 75 poundsSome positions in this classification may involve operating a motor vehicle for work-related duties.
