STAFFING RESOURCE COORDINATOR
JOB SUMMARYThe Staffing Resource Coordinator is a key support role within our Staffing Resource Team. This position involves planning, logistics, scheduling support, and administrative coordination for contract workforce operations. It requires strong communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse employee base and multiple levels of management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Support operational planning, logistics, and workflow coordination.
- Communicate complex schedules and project timelines across internal and external teams.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to contract workforce operations.
- Interface professionally with multiple levels of management in a fast-paced environment.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Associate degree in business, or related field preferred
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Commitment to precision, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with basic IT troubleshooting capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Dynamics); intermediate Excel preferred.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive and collaborative attitude.
- Experience with AI tools or cloud-based platforms.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to sit in front of a computer for long periods of time. Must have the flexibility to travel via car and/or air, as the business dictates. Our business requires flexibility to be available occasionally, as needed before or after normal business hours.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is typically performed in an interior/office work environment and frequent physical presence on client sites may be necessary.
